What locations can use the service?
Everywhere in the US, Canada -> Call to inquire international (shipping costs may vary)

Will there be tracking on my package?
Yes, on the way home. You are responsible for tracking on the way there.

Do you ship my package home?
Yes, but you pay for shipping.

Is it safe to send my devices?
Yes, We recommend you insure it, and back it up (if possible) before sending it.

When & how do I pay?
You will be contacted AFTER we receive your package and take your payment over the phone. We accept credit cards, gift cards, Paypal, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle.

Approx how much will it cost?
Check the website for a cost based on your issue, or call to inquire.

How long will the repair take?
Once it arrives 1-4 days depending on the severity of the repair. If a challenge arises you will be contacted again.

How long until someone contacts you from the form?
You will get a confirmation email and then within 48 hours of receiving the package someone will call you with a full diagnostic, quote and confirmations.
