Returns are not allowed for any products or services purchased from Longhorn Mac Repair. However, all of our products and services come with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects or issues that arise as a result of our workmanship or the parts we use.
If you experience any problems with your device during the warranty period, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including providing any necessary repairs or replacement parts.
Please note that the warranty does not cover any issues that arise due to physical damage, accidental damage, or any other damage that occurs after the device has been repaired. In addition, the warranty will be voided if any repairs or modifications are made to the device by a third party.
